You’ll go through depression, weight gain, you’ll be moody and you’ll likely have nightmares and insomnia. They symptoms will drive you to get a cigarette, but resist that urge. If you keep at it, the nicotine will purge from your body and your craving for nicotine will lessen over time, where you will transform into a non smoker.

The Cold Turkey Method is just one of the best ways to quit smoking. There are many smoking cessation products on the market. These substitutes are patches and pills, gums and prescriptions, nasal sprays and more. If cold turkey doesn’t work, then try one of these stop smoking products. you can’t rush it, give time for it to work. It’s not going to happen overnight. You will have to persevere day in and day out. Quitting smoking will be one of the best life changing events you will have. Depending on your mental feedback. It will be tempting, but you have to hang in there. I mean it ! Never give up the fight to quit. Food will taste better, you’ll look and feel healthier. Not only that but you’ll have a lot more money in your pocket because you won’t be wasting it on packs of cigarettes that are doing nothing more than harming your body. The benefits outweigh all the struggle and challenge your body and mind will go through.
