Many smokers will experience a cough that never seems to end. This occurs due to the damages in the lungs. Once a person quits his smoking habit and the lungs start to heal, you will notice the coughing decrease with time.
Majority of the smokers suffer from heart diseases, strokes, lung diseases, etc. Why would anyone want to die sooner in life when they can prolong life and live happily with their loved ones? This is one of the reasons to quit smoking; the lesser amount you smoke will mean that you will be able to add more years to your life.
Quitting smoking has benefits for the smoker as well as the others around him. They will be able to breathe in fresh air for a change. Kids are prone to getting sick easily as a result of having adults who smoke in the same house they live in. Therefore, if you quit smoking they wouldn’t end with serious attacks of asthma, etc by inhaling the smoke. Quitting smoking also means that there will be a huge saving on your purse. Instead of wasting money on cigarette packs, you’d be able to enjoy a richer, healthier life.
