Try stop smoking hypnosis.  Yes this one is a little out of the norm, but stop smoking hypnosis can be very effective.Hypnotherapy uses suggestion to associate undesirable feelings with smoking.The University of Iowa published a study that found hypnosis users were fifteen times more successful at quitting.  Don’t knock it ’til you try it, you never know it may turn out that hypnosis works for you.

Breaking your nicotine addiction now will definitely improve your overall health and quality of life for now and into the future.  Some damage caused by smoking can be healed.  Quitting smoking lowers your risk of cancer, stroke and heart attack immensely, do yourself and your loved ones a favor and try to end your smoking addiction today.
