Exercise has been known to reduce stress and increase energy levels. Also, by dieting and exercising you will not add the additional weight that so many say they do when quitting smoking.

You obviously know the negative results of smoking.  Some of the good results are that you will be able to breath better and you won’t have to stand out in the cold to smoke while your friends are eating dinner inside.
